In A2A’s published account, full Phase 2 build out targets 3,500 tonnes of CO₂ avoided annually, recovered heat at 65°C serving about 1,350 apartments, and 16 GWh per year of thermal output. Phase 1, operating today, delivers roughly 800 MWh per year.
